Upon further investigation & demolition it was discovered the electrical system needed a complete upgrade. All new devices boxes and wiring shall be installed throughout the entire footprint. Bedrooms will be AFCI protected receptacles, center fan/light controlled by switch (AFCI protected.) Bathrooms shall have GFCI protected receptacles and fan/light controlled by switch (GFCI protected.) Kitchen will have dedicated circuits for each appliance: Stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-3 countertop circuits, center island with power. (All kitchen appliance circuits & countertop circuits will be minimum 20A & GFCI protected.) Livingroom circuits including center fan/light shall be AFCI protected. All basement circuits will be GFCI protected. Garage receptacles will be GFCI protected.
