New 12' x 12' deck of same height and same location. New deck will be smaller than existing deck, so deck will start in same spot as it does on the pool side and not go as far on the opposite side. New stairs will be going down to the pool and be 2' from the outside end, in order to land on the concrete pool area. Stairs will be 4' wide and have 3 treads to grade. Stair sides will be straight and not angled like the current stairs.
