Removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing system down to roof deck. Inspect roof sheathing and replace any damaged or deteriorated sections as needed. Install new ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations per Connecticut State Building Code. Install synthetic underlayment over remaining roof surface. Install new drip edge along eaves and rakes. Replace flashing at all roof penetrations, including step flashing and pipe boots. Install new architectural asphalt shingles in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Ensure proper roof ventilation is maintained or improved as required. All work to comply with applicable local and state building codes. Dispose of all debris off-site.
