Must comply with section R329 of the 2025 Building Code, and section R330 for Energy Storage Systems, NFPA7 and all RA or PE special installation instructions. Provide fire setbacks for access and ventilation. UL required. Final affidavit of professional certification by professional of record must be submitted prior to issuance of certificate. * If this application includes the installation of a battery storage system, an amendment must be submitted indicating its location and demonstrating compliance with all applicable codes.
