The construction of a 45.2 x 33.67 (oa) 617 sf) ell shaped one story addition, a 45.2 x 33.67 (oa) (1,415 sf) second floor addition, one (1) direct vent gas fireplace, one (1) 6f wide sliding glass door, a 7 x 4 (oa) (28 sf) raised masonry rear landing, an 8 x 4 (oa) (32 sf) front portico over raised masonry landing as per plans prepared by Todd O'Connell R.A. 4/20/26 Install two (2) air condensers as per code. *Must amend the location of condensers on plot plan. *All existing exterior walls must remain intact pursuant to the Town approved plans. Removing the existing exterior walls without permission from the Department will result in a Notice of Violation/Stop Work Order and the need to file a new building permit application for a new dwelling.
