Wire new approximately 850 sq. ft. residential addition. Install new branch circuits for lighting, receptacles, kitchen appliances, laundry equipment, bathroom, HVAC equipment, and heated floor. Install recessed lighting, pendant lighting, vanity lighting, shower light, closet lighting, and exterior lighting. Install switches, receptacles, GFCI receptacles, AFCI protection, and required smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Install dedicated circuits for range, refrigerator, range hood, washer, dryer, heated floor, and A/C condenser. Install approximately twenty-five (25) feet of wiring to relocate two (2) existing exterior floodlights onto the new addition. Install five (5) recessed soffit lights. Install two (2) exterior wall sconces. Install three (3) new 120-volt receptacle outlets and retrofit two (2) additional receptacle outlets in the new hallway. Terminate all new branch circuits in the existing electrical panel, which will be reused as a subpanel under the new electrical service installed by others. All work to be completed in accordance with the current Connecticut State Electrical Code and applicable local codes.
