Build a 28'x21' garage/mudroom attached to the existing house with a walkway and pergola approx. 16'x10'. Build and enclosed elevator on the north face of the house. Build a living room and kitchen extension addition with deck per variance which includes a 2nd floor bedroom and bath extension.
