Selective demo as needed for new work. Fur out existing building to install new synthetic wood paneling rain screen. Extend existing roof rake at front of building, tie in roof shingles as needed. Frame new bump out and eyebrow canopy on front facade and install new finishes (metal panels). Prep existing CMU to remain and make ready for new paint.
