Installation of two new HVAC systems in existing residence. System #1: 5-ton Oxbox air handler with hydronic coil connection (by others), 5-ton condenser, thermostat, new ductwork,, registers, refrigerant line set and condensate piping serving first floor and office. System #2: Mitsubishi 30K BTU hyper heat condenser with two 15K BTU wall units for office and family room. Includes piping, controls and start-up. Amendment rec'd 3/12 to include new A/C condenser for Family room.
