Provide Interior Demolition of finishes as needed to prepare for new work including kitchen counters / cabinets, bathroom fixtures, drywall on walls and ceilings, and floor finishes for work in basement, first floor and second floor. REMOVAL OF ANY WALL / CEILING FRAMING, HVAC SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS ARE NOT ALLOWABLE UNLESS SEPARATE DEMOLITION PERMIT IS GRANTED FOR THOSE DISCIPLINES.
