Wetlands - The subject property consists of ±2.3 acres of land and is located at 6 Southwind Drive, within the R-2A Residential Zoning District. The subject property is developed with an existing single-family residence with rear deck, inground pool, asphalt driveway, septic system and well. The applicant is proposing to remove and reconstruct the rear deck, a portion of which will be covered, and is proposing a new stone patio connecting to the existing pool. Additionally, a stormwater mitigation system is being proposed to treat the new impervious surfaces and the applicant is also proposing various interior modifications. A watercourse traverses the rear of the site and all proposed improvements are located within the Town’s 150-foot wetland buffer.
