Complete removal and replacement of detached garage roof. Remove one layer of existing asphalt shingles down to the roof deck on the detached garage. Install synthetic weather watch underlayment (ice and water shield) at eaves, valleys, and other vulnerable areas per code. Install GAF synthetic roofing paper over the remaining deck area. Install new aluminum drip edge along all eaves and rakes. Install starter strip shingles along the eaves. Install new GAF Timberline architectural asphalt shingles over the full roof area of the detached garage. Install ridge cap shingles along all ridges. as per the manufacturer specification, approved plans, the 2025 residential code of NYS and the Lewisboro Town Code & pursuant to ACARC Cal #15-26ACARC
