Interior scope to include but not limited to new installation of casework, finishes, fixtures & equipment, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. Exterior scope to include of new Starbucks signage, sidewalk furniture and lighting. All signage to be under separate permit drawings be local signage vendor, Fire alarm and sprinkler scope under separate submittal. Approved by Planning Board on 5/19/26
