The work involves the replacement of existing/decayed floor at the lower quarter deck of the Club. The scope of work includes removals and reconstruction of finishes "to match existing" in order to complete the emergency floor joist replacements due to structural concerns. There are no changes to the exterior of the building, and the work does not involve electrical or plumbing (existing utilities are to remain and will be managed by the Club's resident/licensed plumber and electrician).
