ELECTRICAL SERVICE: Install new 100 amp service for back apartment Install new service riser, meter pan and 100 amp disconnect on exterior of building for new service Run service wire through apartment basements to back apartment panel location Trace wires from existing panel and re-route to new panel location Install new 100 amp main breaker panel for apartment power Install ground rods, ground wire and bonding bridge for new service panel Install new dedicated circuits for electric baseboard heaters One circuit for living room heaters One circuit for bedroom & bathroom heater Install 3 thermostats for zone control Hardwire heater units Install dedicated circuit for refrigerator, counter top outlets A and counter top outlets B Install dedicated 240 volt circuit for electric range Remove unused security and office wiring. ******Emergency exit sign and emergency lighting will not be permitted to be removed. they must remain in place and continue to function as intended.****
