OIL Tank - Removal of 275-gallon oil tank and installation of LP tanks for boiler replacement with Model #SFP199 in accordance with specifications provided by JSP Home Services. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on the company's letterhead with a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. A gas check must be provided for the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
