Unit C Apt#3. 1. Lighting controls (swtchs., and dimmers): replace all existing light swtchs.,with new devices; swtch. locations will remain unchanged, customer to provide smart swtchs. and dimmers for designated areas; smart devices to be installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable code requirements. 2. Receptacles/outlets: replace all existing outlets with new tamper-resistant (TR) receptacles; replace all existing GFCI receptacles (kitchen, bathroom, exterior,etc) with new GFCI-protected devices per NEC 210.i; all outlet locations remain as existing unless otherwise directed. 3. Lighting Fixtures and Ceiling Fans: remove and replace all existing surface-mounted light fixtures and ceiling fans with customer-supplied fixtures; includes secure mounting, proper wiring terminations, and functional testing; existing 6" recessed lighting to be retrofitted with LED retrofit kits. 4. Bathroom Exhaust Fans: removUnit C Apt#9. Full electrical work for apartments. Scope: 1. Replace all existing outlets with new taper-resistant (TR) receptacles, replace all existing GFCI receptacles (kitchen, bathroom, exterior etc.) with new GFCI-protected and replace existing bathroom exhaust fans with customer-supplied units; includes all necessary wiring connections. 5. In-Wall Electric Heaters: remove and replace existing in-wall electric heaters with new units; includes safe removal of existing units, wiring inspection, installation of new heaters and full operational testing. 6. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors: replace existing smoke detectors with new combination smoke/co2 detectors, hardwired with battery backup.; devices to be installed in all required locations per NFPA 72 and local building code.
