Ducted warm air and a/c system; 45000 btu furnace with 2T evap coil and 2 T a/c: 1st 90000 btu furnace with 4 T evap coil and 4 T a/c; MB 70000 btu furnace with 3T evap coil and 3 T a/c o- rest of 2nd 70000 btu furnace with 3T evap coil and 3T (see attached scope of work). Includes all nec. ductwork, linesets, refrigerant; installation of makeup air; all electrical and gas piping to be done by others.
