Installation of Samsung ductless system for cooling and supplemental heating. 36K BTU outdoor unit to be located at northwest corner with 12K BTU high wall unit in living, 9K BTU highwall unit in 1st floor master bedroom, 9K BTU highwall unit in 2nd floor loft, 7K BTU highwall unit in 2nd floor bedroom. Refrigerant piping living room, loft and 2nd floor bedroom to be routed through unfinished basement. Condensate overflow safeties to be installed in each indoor unit, drains are to terminate below each indoor unit location. Includes refrigerant piping, brown line hide enclosures, drains, control wiring, and misc. to complete.
