Set a 500-gallon UG LP tank; install a gas fireplace; indirect water heater; and set a 18kW generator. Run 3/4" ploy to the home in in a trench and transition to a 3/4" CSST to 1st floor fireplace, and continue to BBQ with tee for future. Run 1" poly in a trench to the generator. (We are setting the generator only - others to wire and not related to this job)
