836 MILL HILL TERRACE

Phase 1 of the driveway installation for 844 Mill Hill Terrace. The project would take place on the property of 836 Mill Hill Terrace via the easement provided and would require the removal of ALL trees, shrubs and brush in the easement. This work would account for removal of 23 live Oak tress and the removal of 25 dead trees or brush. All tress have been tagged and marked. The current driveway providing access to the rear lot is being removed as part of 836 Mill Hill Terrace's site plan, it also does not fall within the easement. This project would ensure access to the 844 Mill Hill Terrace property for continued development of the site and would be considered Phase 1 of the driveway. Phase 2 would occur once the 844 Mill Hill Terrace property is further developed and will be included in the civil engineer plan.
