I would like to add a 12X24' shed/temporary storage building with a 8x20' front lean to overhang on to my property. It will sit on a crushed stone pad. It will sit in the area of the yard that formerly labeled 'play area' where setbacks to each property line are 10'. Confirming whether an update to my 2008 survery on file is required and if so whether the proposed structure should be staked and plotted on that survey.
