Construction of a new two-story, one-family dwelling with associated patio, covered porches, driveway, walkways, utility connections, grading, and related site improvements. The project includes onsite stormwater management consisting of underground infiltration/detention systems, concrete galleries, Cultec units, trench drain collection, roof leader connections, and pervious patio storage to manage runoff from the proposed improvements. The drainage design provides water quality treatment and runoff control for the applicable storm events and is intended to comply with Town of Fairfield stormwater requirements.
