Bathroom remodel: remove existing tub, sink and tile walls and floor. Expand floor area by moving interior wall shared with Den by two feet. Tub, drain and shower body to remain in same location, sink plumbing adjusted to accommodate new larger sink. Install new underlayment and tile in tub/ shower surround and floor. Install new recessed ceiling lights, new wall outlet.
