This application includes reframing interior, non-bearing partitions, replacement of electrical wiring & fixtures, replacement of plumbing fixtures & modifications to 1 bathroom & laundry, replacement windows with emergency egress compliant units, replacement of compromised doorway lintel & bearing lintel supporting the attic stair's stringers, new finishes, insulation & fire-rated assemblies as required. All new windows to be U27 or better per code.
