Remove existing interior finishes in areas of evident deterioration to ascertain the extent of damage and then repair, restore, or replace the existing structure. Integral to this work will be inspecting the condition of existing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Any repairs required for these systems will be done by properly licensed tradespersons under separate permits once the building permit for the rebuild is issued. Any replacement of walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, etc. are NOT part of this permit.
