Remove existing deck and ramp. Construct a new deck 16'X6' Material being used is 2X8 pressure treated lumber for joist and rim. Install a triple 2X8 beam for support. 6X6 posts for support . Install 4 sono tubes with concrete. Install all proper metal connections. Install Pebble Grey vinyl decking. 'Install white vinyl railings to deck and stairs. Install 2 sets of stairs 1 leading to driveway and other to access back yard.
