4 DOWD AVENUE

Unit A has been gutted to the studs for the most part. I am working with Architect Don Tarinelli. Last week I received detailed drawings to be reviewed by the building inspector for approval. We will be finishing the unit back to its original layout, but removing the old plaster and plank walls. We will also be upgrading the walls to meet fire rating codes. We will be updating any electrical circuits that need to be updated with a licensed electrician. The plumbing changes that will be made will be upgraded by a licensed plumber.
