Alterations will be made to two existing bathrooms and a new bathroom will be added on the second floor. Kitchen and master bathroom remodels will be completed. All new insulation, sheetrock, trim, and doors will be installed. Basement will also be included in the overall remodel of the main home. All items in the home will be upgraded to meet current code requirements, including areas that were not up to code when originally built. Exterior Work: Modifications will include new windows, doors, siding, and roof. The existing deck will be removed, and new footings will be installed per code, maintaining the same elevation as requested by the homeowner.
