Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application. -Fire rated spray foam is not allowed for fire stopping. -Window glazing is required to meet with the 2025 Residential Codes of NY State, sections R-324 through R-324.6.9.1 -All Kitchen hoods over 400 CFM, will require make up air with drawings as per 2025 Mechanical Code of NYS, section 505.4.
