Removal of damaged apt entryway doors, reinstallation of new 90 min fire rated doors at the following apartments: 5E, 5G, 5F, 4E, 4G, 4F, 3E, 3G, 3F, 2E, 2G, 2F, 1E, 1G, 1F, OJ, OG. New fire rated stairwell doors to also be installed in the corridors on the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth floor landings. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application.
