Reconfiguration and renovation of five bathrooms on second and third floor (three on the second floor and two on the third floor), including the creation of a new laundry room on the second floor. Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application. - Fire rated spray foam is not allowed for fire stopping. - Provide automatic shut off valve and pan for washing machine. - Window glazing is required to meet with the 2025 Residential Codes of NY State, sections R-324 through R-324.6.9.1 - All mechanical vent pipes need to be type B solid vent pipe, no flexible pipe is allowed. - Automatic sprinklers AJ601.8.3 for attics need to be in compliance with R314.7 and monitored by an approved supervising station in accordance with NFPA72.
