LEGALIZATION: Two bath renovations with no changes in locations. Primary bath: changing tile in shower floor & regular floor, changing out vanity. Second bath: changing tile on floor & walls, changing out bathtub & shower (one piece), vanity & sink (one piece) & mirrors (replacing 1 with two), removing drop down tile over bathtub. Amendment #1: Removed all work associated with Bath #1. Amendment #2: Add back work associated with Bath #1. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application. -Fire rated spray foam is not allowed for fire stopping.
