FETH HALL - Modification to existing telecommunication facility located on rooftop of Feth Hall/Iona University. Remove and replace 6 antennas. Remove 12 RRHs and replace with 9 RRHs and other equipment and associated cables. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/Engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. Please submit Architect sign off with your CO application. -Provide crane permit (if required to get equipment on the roof). -Contact DPW for permits from them, if required. -Total Cost too low - Cost of project must be updated with Certificate of Occupancy application.
