Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application. - Fire rated spray foam is not allowed for fire stopping. - Provide as built survey prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. - Provide smoke and carbon monoxide detector within 10’ of all bed rooms and smoke detectors in every bedroom. -Egress windows are required to comply with the 2025 Residential Codes of NY State, sections R-310 through R-310.2.5 and AJ501.4.3 and AJ 501.43.1 -Window glazing is required to meet with the 2025 Residential Codes of NY State, sections R-308 through R-308.4.7 -All Kitchen hoods over 400 CFM, will require make up air with drawings as per 2020 Mechanical Code of NYS, section 505.4. - All mechanical vent pipes need to be type B solid vent pipe, no flexible pipe is allowed.
