Property owner had electrical work done by someone who, according to the owner has passed away. The walls are finished but there was no inspection. He wants to have it inspected. Im planning on looking at anything that I can to verify proper wiring, open boxes, remove devices to look at wiring, taking down light fixtures and looking in attic space. Its a small space at a hotel he wants to be able to rent out. I realize this is a bit of a special circumstance so please reach out with any questions or anything you would like completed.
