However, if the project includes the installation, modification, or extension of gas piping, a Plumbing Permit is also required and shall be included with the Building Permit application. I placed a call to Bruni and Campisi to find out what they are doing. 7/15 - WC does this need a permit? Gas furnace replacement 8/17/26- does not need building permit
