Rebuild Drain with New Concrete Limits: - Saw cut around the perimeter of the existing drain. - Remove the deteriorated concrete and form the inside with plywood. - Install a new frame as needed and pour new concrete flush with the existing asphalt to a smooth trowel finish. - After the concrete has set we will remove the plywood and reinstall the grate. 1.5" Asphalt Mill & Overlay (4 Areas): - Mill the existing asphalt to a depth of 1.5” and remove offsite. - Clean and tack the area as needed. - Supply and install 1.5” of type 7 top. - Roll to a smooth even finish. Re-Stripe Entire Parking Lot: - Re-stripe the parking lot as per the existing layout with high grade traffic paint.
