Furnish and install a new MBCI structural metal roof recover system over the existing exposed-fastener metal roof. Install MBCI Roof Hugger framing members anchored to the existing roof purlins at 4'-0" on center. Furnish and install new 26-gauge MBCI PBR metal roof panels, ridge, rake, eave, and associated trim components with required closures and sealants in accordance with the manufacturer's published installation requirements. The existing metal roof system, including existing roof panels and trim, shall remain in place, undisturbed, and will be encapsulated by the new roof assembly. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications.
