Scope of Work – Upper flat roof replacement and exterior repairs in kind. Mann Roofing & Remodeling will perform a complete tear-off of the existing flat roofing system located on top of the upper main roof area. Work will include installation of a new CertainTeed Flintastic granulated two-ply flat roofing system. necessary working equipment will be installed to allow safe access to the flat roof area. Mann Roofing & Remodeling will tarp one side of the home using reasonable care to help protect the siding during the roofing process. The scope also includes installation of a new winter boot vent and replacement of counter flashing around the chimney as needed to ensure proper waterproofing and long-term protection. In addition, Mann Roofing & Remodeling will install eight hidden gutter hangers on the rear section of the Hoyt Street side of the home. We will also seal around the windows on the dormer located on the Hoyt Street side to help prevent water intrusion and improve weather tightness.
