FLUTED VINYL SIDING CORNERS - Install white fluted vinyl siding super corners on the front two corners of the home and integrate into existing vinyl siding. 4 DORMERS - Replace siding on the front dormer with CertainTeed Encore Double 4" Clapboard vinyl siding in Colonial White. Replace siding on the rear left dormer with CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Straight Edge Perfection 7" shake siding in Brownstone. Existing vinyl and wood shake siding will be stripped off of the dormers and disposed of. 3/8" insulation foam backer board will then be installed, under the new vinyl siding. ***Contractor will box out the rounded edges of the front dormer for a maintenance free vinyl siding installation ***Contractor will remove and dispose of the octagon window on the rear left dormer. Sheathing will be installed on the opening and sided over. ***Drywall install/tape and mud included on separate service agreement, painting not included. 5 WINDOW/DOOR CASING TRIM - Custom bent white aluminum trim installed on ALL WINDOW/DOOR OPENINGS ON THE FRONT OF THE HOME, ONE OCTAGON WINDOW ON THE SIDE OF THE HOME. This includes replacing deteriorated wood packout trim, but does not include rotted sill replacements. Rotted/damaged sill replacement will incur an additional cost based on time and materials.
