3) Tear off the existing roof system down to the existing Tectum Deck 4) Install One Ply of SA Vapor Barrier to the tectum deck. Prior to installing insulation mechanically fasten the vapor barrier with Base Sheet Fasteners. 5) Install Two (2) layers of 2.6” Iso Insulation set in foam insulation per manufacturer requirements. 6) Adhere ½” Manufacturer approved Cover board in foam insulation per manufacturer requirements. 7) Install a 60 mil non reinforced black EPDM adhered roof system. 8) Install new ES-1 rated (code) 0.050” standard color Kynar aluminum Fascia with a 22 Ga Galvanized continuous cant dam around the entire perimeter. Walls will be flashed up and over at parapet locations 9) Flash walls and install a new term bar and install an extender beneath the existing Counterflashing (0.040” standard Kynar aluminum) at west wall. 10) Replace two existing skylights including new curbs. 11) Install flashing and tie into the existing roof at north side of this area. 12) Install roof protection and reset the existing gas pipe using manufacturer approved details 13) Raise and flash the existing gas pipe using manufacturer approved details 14) Flash all curbs and penetrations per manufacturer approved details. 15) Supply a 2 year contractor roof warranty. 16) Provide a 25 year 90 mph wind warranty by the roof system manufacturer. 17) Required Mechanical Work to be performed: a. Raise two (2) plumbing vents. b. Raise one (1) exhaust fan with a curb adapter. We will extend the duct, control and power wiring. c. Raise the gas line and provide new wood supports. d. Raise one (1) AHU with a curb extension. We will extend the duct, gas connections, control and power wiring.
