This quote includes all permits and fees, but does not include any finish plumbing or fixture installation. The roof penetration/boot installation for the stack vent and dryer vent will be performed by the general contractor. The chimney chase will need to be fully opened up prior to beginning the project. All framing must be completed prior to beginning the project. A full drain and vent rough in will be completed using the pvc pipe and fittings for the shower, toilet, lavatory sink, bark sink, and laundry. The main drain line will continue along the basement wall to the main stack where it will be tied in. An Oatey recessed laundry box and air admittance box will be installed in the wall of the laundry room. A hot and cold water rough in will then be installed for all fixtures listed above. Copper stub outs will be used where the piping will be visible in the finished space. An additional 1/2” recirculation will be tied into the hot shower supply line and capped off in the basement for potential future use.
