The building was previously a (Jets Pizza) restaurant and is now being reconfigured and updated to accommodate another restaurant usage (Church's Chicken). Exterior improvements will include painted brick, new partial cladding over existing EIFS, and new signage (per franchise design). Interior improvements include replacement of finishes throughout, reconfiguration of partitions to accommodate the new usage, new equipment, fixtures and millwork. No changes to fenestration, and no changes to existing accessible restroom layout.
