Provide all labor and materials required to upgrade the existing electrical service to a new 200-amp, 120/240-volt, single-phase electrical service in accordance with the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local utility and AHJ requirements. Work shall include removal of existing service equipment and installation of a new 200-amp load center with a factory-installed main breaker, new meter socket (if required), service entrance conductors, service mast or raceway as required, weatherhead, grounding electrode system upgrades, and all associated fittings and terminations.
